Easter Youth Adventure Camp Week 2

This  camp is only for a select few, we will pick you up between 7am and 8am  on Monday 4th April. We travel across to Aviemore and arrive in our log  cabin around midday for lunch. After lunch our first shake down walk is  around the stunning Loch an Eilein. Then over to the Coylumbridge hotel  for a swim in the hotels fantastic family pool.

Our evening meal will be a very social affair as we will all have a  hand in preparing our group dinner enjoyed around our family style hand  built dinner table.

Our first task early on Tuesday morning it to collect the eggs from  our local small holding just 200 yards from the cabin. After our full  Scottish breakfast, we pack our bags and plan to summit Ben Macdui,  which is Scotland’s second highest peak, this is an all day hike and  climb where our adventurers are required to carry their own lunch and  equipment needed for the hike. This hike requires skill and commitment  but the rewards in confidence and personal achievement are unmeasurable.

Once we are back on Tuesday afternoon its movie night and another one  for our social dinners that we all have a hand in preparing.

Wednesday morning starts with another awesome Scottish breakfast prepared by the team of adventurers.

Then its onto our final day which will be a combination of walking  around Loch Morlich followed up with a blast around the high-top tree  trails.

After a late lunch and packing our bags, we leave the cabin and head home to Aberdeen.
