An all-inclusive evening Duathlon, with two distances that are suitable for beginners and pros alike, if you don’t fancy running and cycling then you have the option to team up with a friend and split the workload!!

About the Event
Distances
Sprint – 5k Run – 19.5k Cycle – 2.5k Run
Super Sprint – 2.5k Run – 7k Cycle – 2.5k Run Both can be done solo or as a duo, 1 cyclist and 1 runner. Only the cyclist needs to enter for the Duo, runner details will be taken on the night. Routes Run - Mostly track and trail with small stretches of road. Cycle - All Road

Sprint – £25
Super Sprint – £20 Please Note: Refunds will only be processed in event of postponement or cancellation of the event. And will be entry value minus transaction fees.

Parking\Facilities
Parking will be at Netherton Business Centre which is roughly 1km from the start at the hall. There are toilets at the hall.
